He will share some of his life experiences from the ups and my downs. Leadership / team building , business culture, business values. Great examples of determination and resilience. Karl has developed a set of routines, structure and habits that allows us to grow our business one step at a time.

Karl is the president of a window repair company in Canada.
We began very small more than 10 years ago with a vision of becoming the reference in window repair in our province. We with also the goal of doing the same thing for the country. We are in the process and close of achieving these goals. I was inspired by the last speakers at the event and I would like to share my experience with: Vision /structure/ and goal setting /achieving.
I would also include some notion of personal growth that really helped in the mix.
