Alina Cristina is a wellness & leadership coach, energy intuitive and growth hacker, partnering with companies and individuals in order to help them lean into the art of living well and in alignment with their highest purpose.

A best-selling author on feminine leadership, she is passionate about blending both the masculine & feminine approach to thriving in business helping individuals and companies really tap into their next level of intuition, creativity, connected-ness and service to the world.

Alina Cristina will walk us through the lessons she’s accumulated throughout 10 years of corporate world, culminating with setting up and running the management & leadership academy for Africa’s largest tech company, to taking the entrepreneurial leap and setting up her own leadership & wellness brands, travelling the world, getting certified in ancient healing therapies and incorporating a holistic approach to her lifestyle and in her work with clients.

She will lead a session enabling you tap into your intuitive gifts and activate your own (s)heroic journey, leading from the heart and being impact-driven.

• Alina is a graduate of 3 business schools with a specialization in “Organization, Change & Strategy” and has lived and worked in 17 countries on 4 continents (Europe, Africa, Asia and now Latin America). She built from the base up the largest management programs academy for the fastest growing tech company in Africa, the first $1 billion company on the continent. She has collaborated with people and organizations of the most diverse backgrounds (from automobile industry to logistics, to NGOs, to tech, e-commerce and infrastructure).
• Alina also started her own wellness company back in 2018, traveling the world and receiving the knowledge and certifications in many ancient energy healing practices that came naturally to her, as well as attending Priestess Schools and walking the Divine Feminine path.
• Alina sees herself as a bridge between various fields and brings it all into the entrepreneurial and corporate world. She believes the biggest, most rewarding and heroic journey you will ever take – is the journey into yourself, and that's how you ignite other people's journey's too.
