Born in Munich, living since 1988 in Mexico and Spain, mother of 3, retired from teaching Yoga after 30 years, but never from practising.

The Morality Trap

During his studies, Adam realized the strangle hold morality had on his work. Our belief that we hold moral supporiority, like ego, gets in the way of how we live and understand life. Adam invites you to understand how morality works and plays a role in our lives, and when to remove the vale to see more clearly. Morality traps us in a singular view and from there, we imprison our minds in subjective truth.
