A Wave of Connection and Community at PDCYES July 2025!

What an absolutely incredible afternoon we shared yesterday at the PDCYES group event hosted at the warm and welcoming Buzos Restaurant in the heart of Playa Del Carmen! The air was filled with love, connection, and a palpable sense of community as we gathered for an evening of insightful talks, heartfelt conversations, and delicious food.

For those who were there, the vibrant energy was undeniable. For those who couldn't make it, we missed you and hope you'll join us for the next one!

To begin, DynamicMike invited all attendees to share their name, where they were from and what groups and events would they recommend, especially at this time of year...
We discovered a majority of the room have now been here in Playa Del Carmen for more than three years, and we had 15 nationalities all happily mixing and sharing the love and adding to the happy, enthusiastic energy.

Our day was graced by two exceptional platform speakers who left a lasting impact on everyone in attendance.

First to the stage was the charismatic Isaac Mancilla, who captivated us with his presentation on "Validation, and the human process." Born and raised in the beautiful state of Puebla and a graduate of Madero University with a major in direction and development, Isaac has dedicated his life to emotional health services and leadership.

We are also incredibly proud to announce that Isaac is the brand new Club President of our local English-speaking Toastmasters club, "Inspiring Speakers PDC"!

He masterfully warmed up the audience, getting everyone on their feet and engaged in meaningful one-on-one conversations. The overwhelming feedback from the audience was a feeling of being truly seen and validated – a testament to the power of his message. You can follow Isaac on Instagram at @isaac.mahn.

Following Isaac, we had the privilege of hearing from the insightful Nikita "Nita" Chakrabarty on the topic of "Embodied Love & Conscious Relationships." Nita, a trauma-informed relationship coach, international facilitator, and the founder of the SoulEmbodiment™ Method, held the audience in rapt attention. Drawing from her rich and diverse background, having lived in seven countries and trained in over twenty modalities, Nita shared profound wisdom on the key differences and strengths of men and women and how they experience love, understanding, and validation.

It was a rare and powerful experience to witness an entire room so deeply engrossed and in agreement with every word spoken. Fascinatingly, Nita's quick poll determined that 99% of the room were single (that might explain the audience's focused attention on her presentation).

To close our afternoon on a note of love and gratitude, we were honoured to have Michele Avila, the founder of The Breath of Life initiative here in Playa Del Carmen. Michele shared the heart-warming work her organization does to support local families in our community.

She spoke about their various projects and invited our community to get involved in their fundraising drives. It was inspiring to learn that 100% of all donations go directly to the appreciative local families. (BreathofLifePDC.org)

It was a truly special gathering that nourished both mind and soul. A huge thank you to our incredible speakers, to Buzos Restaurant for their wonderful hospitality, and to every single one of you who brought your beautiful energy to the event.
